Yes, review management is very important for businesses. I'm constantly suprised at the number of businesses who have no idea what is being said about them online, and shocked at those who don't seem to think their reputation impacts customer acquisition!

These stats are impressive; I had to write a couple of them down. Review management is huge for businesses. They need to pay attention to what people are staying about them so they can make sure they are operating as highly as possible.
