I agree that brand storytelling is a valuable tool and social media is a great platform for it. I don't agree with those who operate in SM with a brand strategy that doesn't align with the brand's heritage or works to build equity. It's crucial that in those conversations we understand the brand voice and values so we are able to maintain its unique character.
