Nice list! The magic happens when you can combine different tools with IFTTT recipes. I connected Twitter with Buffer by using an IFTTT recipe and now everything I post on Twitter is automatically added back to Buffer and re-shared later.
In the last months we have been working on optimizing social media promotions, resulted in creating a content analytics chatbot. It uses predictive analytics to recommend content for promotion. It basically tells marketers what (content), when and where to share on social media. It could increase social sharing by 80%.

This is a great list of tools - I have personally used CoSchedule and Buffer, and of course Twitter and Facebook ads are a must. Contentmarketer.io sounds amazing - I will definitely be checking that out as part of our influencer strategy.
I've never tried BuzzSumo, but it sounds like an interesting tool, with some pretty cool uses. If I may, I'd like to introduce another content discovery tool, UpContent. My company, Community Elf, developed this tool and just launched it in March. I am looking for users interested in trying it out and providing feedback. It's free to sign up and available to use as a stand-alone tool, or you can access it in Hootsuite (upcontent.com). We developed it to consider the content's shareability and influence, in addition to topic relevance and recency, when recommending news, blogs, videos, or social posts.
