There are situations within an organization where people are reluctant to share honest, frank and then meaningful Stories, despite their obvious good will. These are conflictual ones, complex (ground or relationships-related).
There are many reasons for such a behaviour, most are valuable ones.
But, if we want to conduct some work with Stories, we must have valuable raw material, in order to make sense, or simly have a more precise view of the situation.
