It's not by Chris but by Dennis Howlett. It puts the web2.0 into question, asking if companies that adopted it in their busines have really benefited. In his opinion benefits are marginal and most of the tools of social media have yet to be adopted by the mainstream. He also makes a good point that collaboration is the one thing people using these tools should be focusing on, instead of using them for the sake of it, just because it seems to be "the next big thing".
