Here's a quick but important one - LinkedIn has added a new option within their mobile app that enables users to edit their on-platform updates.
To edit an update, all you need to do is tap on the three dots in the upper right of the post - this will bring up the following list of options.
From there, select 'Edit update' and you'll be able to change the text of your post - as you can see in the screenshot below, the "audience", "link" and "image" tools are grayed out, you're only able to edit the text itself.
It's a great addition - there's been a heap of times where I've posted an update only to notice a small grammatical error or mistake a moment too late, then I have to delete and start over again. And this is, of course, LinkedIn, where you want to put your best foot forward, so you definitely don't want to be sharing out posts with errors.
So now you can edit posts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and LinkedIn. Wonder if/when that other major social network will catch up?
