Culture of Content Creation
The Culture of Content Creation is a video series about people who make their own digital content to share with the world - such as blogs, podcasts, wiki entries, online product reviews or videos - to learn why they do it, what they find rewarding, and how they view their role in the world. Started in early 2008, this cultural media project from Elastic Lab continues today, reflecting changes in technology, knowledge and the social fabric of the Internet.
"My eyes are wide open" features atheist blogger and published writer Mary who began this endeavor trying to utilize traditional forms of print media. She started by writing four chapters for a book, and after shopping it around she realized that no one was publishing books anymore. So, she took to blogging her thoughts and musings on life, religion, and atheism online. She has some incredible insights on ways of living and our lack of understanding on the hereafter. So sit back and give a listen to, "My eyes are wide open."
