Lately, it seems like agencies can't catch a break.
The new issue of OMMA Magazine is out and its cover package on social media features an interview with me, in which I rail against the traditional (by which I mean interactive) agency model.
Are the original web 1.0 innovators dinosaurs? Are they missing the point when it comes to new marketing? Am I just a cranky bastard who likes to kick the industry when it's down?
