I'm speaking at iBreakfast's Web 2.0 NY Best Practices Conference on Thursday of this week (August 7th, 2008,) as a panelist on the subject of "How Companies Put Social Networking to Work." The one-day conference takes place in New York City at Pace University Downtown, kicking off at 8am with a keynote by Jeff Pulver.
My panel session follows at 9:30. Along with MRM Worldwide's Augustine Fou, Leverage Software's Mike Walsh and moderator Andrew Finkle, I'll be talking about the emerging best practices for building brands and delivering tangible results through social media marketing. Here's how iBreakfast describes our planned discussion:

They have evolved from networking and prospecting tools to a way for companies to hire employees and build better relationships with their customers. But how are companies really using these tools? These case studies put it in perspective."
For my part, I'll be presenting a case study for crayon's recent My ooVoo Day program and participating in a Q&A.
