Thanks for sharing some insight Cliff, it sounds like its a strong retailor based analytics toolset. Is this a stand alone offering or are they packaging it with other capabilities such as publishing, creative, moderation etc? Also wondering how it works from a distributed model, if my brand has 20 FB pages and 20 Twitter account how that all ties together if at all in terms of identifying that "influencer". Guessing you didn't get that deep though in a demo ;)
