I like to read, think, and write about workplace collaboration. My years in the academic, manufacturing, information technology, and real estate sectors have convinced me that there is always more to gain through helping a team work together in a happier, more efficient manner than there is to be gained from introducing new controls and systems. As a lifelong geek I still enjoy designing and implementing the aforementioned systems though, so my blog winds up being somewhere in between.
