Henri Steenkamp has spent the past 15 years working with some of the world's largest firms in various accounting, operational, and strategic leadership roles. Steenkamp currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Chief Compliance Officer of New York business development company (BDC) Saratoga Investment Corp. (NYSE:SAR). Recruited in early 2014, Steenkamp has since become integral both to the company's underwriting process and operational management. He provides the oversight needed for effective risk management and financial and regulatory compliance.

Prior to Saratoga, Henri Steenkamp led MF Global's extensive financial reporting and accounting initiatives, ascending from head of external reporting and accounting policy to global controller and chief accounting officer. Steenkamp would earn subsequent promotion to CFO at MF Global, as well as inclusion in Treasury & Finance magazine's 40 Under 40 in 2011.
