Thanks for your comment. I agree that Social CRM and Social Media needs "Outside Box" thinking. Social is a whole new dimension, it is not an extension of any of current dimensions.
To leverage the Social dimension optimally, we need to re-examine all current business processes and leverage Social Media tech optimally to get the best results. And for this, one needs to have outside the box thinking.
