Couldn't agree more. Majority of businesses, who start doing social media, think that anybody can do it. But the fact remains, you need to be educated enough to use this wonderful channel for your endeavor. Besides, there is always a time-factor, which plays a greater role in your success. Unlike traditional advertising, social media needs time. And when businesses fail to deliver results with a wrong strategy, they blame it on social media.
What a insightful article! Thanks Matt :)
While all your points are quite true, I found another problem with hastagging these days. It's how brands as well as individuals make hashtags with almost each word, they use on a post. It's not only painful to the eyes but also serve no purpose at the end of the day. I think this is high time people should start pondering upon the main motto behind hashtags.
Thanks. I am glad you liked it.
Glad you like the article. And thanks for the insights.
