Jessica is the Director of Digital Strategy for PAN Communications in Boston. At PAN, Jessica is responsible for developing and managing the firm's digital media services and strategies, and leads the creation of high-impact social media for PAN clients, ensuring all programs are fully integrated. She also oversees agency-wide training and development for PAN employees. A 10-year veteran, Jessica has held digital strategic roles for firms in London and Los Angeles prior to joining PAN. Jessica most recently worked for Fleishman-Hillard in the firm's London office where she managed digital programs across the agency's consumer, technology and financial services practice groups for clients based in the US, UK and EU. Jessica's international experience focuses on digital training, client service, agency marketing and thought-leadership with an emphasis on integration of traditional and non-traditional strategies and best-practices. Alongside agency work, Jessica is an active blogger, Tweeter, diversity advocate and LGBT community board member.
