Created in 2010 by Julien Hervouët and Jonathan Gueron, iAdvize (www.iadvize.com) is a real-time customer engagement platform (Click to Chat, Click to Call, Click to Video & Click to Community) combined with a smart behavioural targeting and filtering engine. It has achieved an average annual growth of more than 200% since 2010, employs 106 people and has been deployed on 2,500 websites worldwide in the eCommerce, travel, retail, insurance and banking sectors. Air France, House of Fraser, New Look, Monster Worldwide, The Kooples, Fnac.com, cDiscount, Numericable and La Poste are amongst its clients. By adding a human touch to online customer service, this tool increases conversion rates and improves customer satisfaction and strengthens the brand community.

Miranda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in languages from University College London and a Masters degree in Translation and Communication from the ISIT school in Paris.
