Hi Sherm, I agree that its ok to post the same message, I am saying that your SM engagement shouldn't be limited to that though. True sharing requires interaction.
I completely agree, I just don't see the purpose in DM someone to thank them for a follow. If you really care, @ replies take less than 30 seconds to do.
