Wow, thank you! I don't know what to say. It's a pretty incredible group of voices and I'm more than flattered to be included.
So, allow me to officially introduce Guy Kawasaki's latest startup, Alltop.
Guy at last year's Gnomedex
Basically, the Alltop site is a "dashboard" or "table of contents" for your favorite topics as voiced by those who are most actively discussing them.
According to the site, "The bottom line is that we are trying to enhance your online reading by both displaying stories from the sites that you're already visiting and unveiling stories from sites that you didn't know existed."At the very least, it introduces people to the ability to stay connected to top storytellers and newsmakers without having to know a thing about RSS. It's a good first step that will familiarize them with the ability to aggregate content and later jump to, say Netvibes, to recreate a central hub stay connected to their personal "a-list."
