Does ANY salesperson like using a CRM application?
Certainly not Todd Schnick, co-host of SalesChaosTV, who is rather blunt on the subject: He calls CRM an abomination "because the human beings you are trying to sell it to become names in a database, and you are treating them as such."
Co-host Dan Waldschmidt agrees that with some CRMs salespeople spend their time keying in data "instead of interacting with human beings."
