Key Answers
What was the skill set that attributed to your growth at Adobe?
"Hands down: relationships. When I first joined Adobe, I was leading the consulting services team. After two years, I was looking at how I could grow further and the relationships that I had built with others in the organization were totally key in helping me create this role which is actually now my dream role. Adobe is a huge company, but my networking skills and relationship building skills really took me to the next level."
What are some of the biggest successes you've seen in your role and what is the most rewarding part of your job?
"The most rewarding part is turning some of the cynics into believers - especially in the sales department. Once they start to see results in their revenue and their pipeline, they become believers. That's one of the most rewarding feelings about this job.
We also launched global social media training for all our employees. Getting this off the ground and rolled out to all of our regions was a huge success. Turning it from a live, in-person training session to a virtual training experience was also very rewarding and it was educational to work within different departments and with new technology and resources."
