The results are in and I'm pleased to announce that I placed in the top 10 of the Canada's Most Influential Women in Social Media list, coming in at #9.
The top women's spot went to Amber MacArthur and top men's spot went to Montreal's own Mitch Joel.
The selections were made by a 3-part grading to assign a score out of 10:
- votes by the public (0-3)
- blog Post Rank (0-3)
- speaking about social media/organizing social media events (0-4)
If you voted for me, thank you. If you didn't, that's OK too - there were some pretty amazing women nominated whom I feel are awfully influential.
Devised by Dave Forde at Profectio, there were over 100 nominees; 31 female and 73 male.
