Last week, social media was buzzing about the "demise of Facebook" survey recently published by Princeton University. The survey claimed that Facebook will lose "80% of its peak user base between 2015 and 2017." The study was widely shared around the internet and, since then, many industry experts and publications have weighed in.
Much of the response has been critical.
In one story that ran on Time's Techland pages, the reporter noted that Facebook has strong bonds to publishers, advertisers and other businesses across the internet and concluded that it's unlikely the social network will be going anywhere anytime soon.
At the same time the Princeton survey was making the rounds, ShortStack was working on this infographic that features the results of a survey they just did. They asked more than 570 Facebook Page admins about their plans for 2014.
The results are surprising.
