So here I am, back on Flacklife just in time for the holiday season. In my case, I guess that's Christmas, since I was raised in the United Church of Canada. Even though most of those beliefs haven't stuck with me, there's still the traditions of Christmas, which are often good ones.
Where have I been, you ask? Or not. Well, around the end of August there was a bit of a perfect personal storm, and I just hit the wall in terms of energy. So a lot of things got dropped from my life for a while, and this was one of them.
I've spent a fair amount of time over the fall thinking about what steps are next in my life, and I'm thinking that at this point, I am starting to construct a bit more of a plan.
And one of those things is to continue this blog. So starting today, I will be posting again, blathering on again about things PR and media, and trying to ignore the fact that we here in Ottawa are yet again inundated in snow. Why couldn't my parents have moved to Bermuda or Costa Rica or somewhere just before I was born?
I've missed you, blogosphere. But I'll be in touch much more frequently.
Ciao,
Bob.
