Welcome to Flavor of the Month! I plan to use this space to share some of the things I see, hear, read and experience from the world of Social Media and Enterprise 2.0. I'm not going to try to explain how the technologies work or create fancy graphics with lots of overlapping shapes. (I'll leave that to some of my pundits in the blogroll). I'm also not going to try to explain organizational theory or internal communications in general terms. What I will talk about is how some of these tools can be used to improve internal communications and collaboratiuon. Stay tuned for some examples.
