Marketing, blueKiwi Software |

My name is Blake and I am the marketing manager at blueKiwi, a social business software company based out of Paris. Our software provides a three-pronged approach to social business including internal and external collaboration in addition to social media. In my past life I managed Customer Management IQ, a social networking site and online business publication. I had a podcast show "Customer Creation" where I've interviewed Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh, Senator David Vitter (R-Louisiana) and author and researcher Paco Underhill among other business people and authors. I received recognition from the 100 Best Small Business Podcasts 2010 for my podcast show. Currently I am interested in enterprise 2.0 and all things social business including social CRM. I am certified in Social CRM by BPT Partners. I am passionate about communication, speaking and writing and served as the 2009-2010 President of New York Toastmasters, a Manhattan-based chapter of the public speaking organization Toastmasters International where I built a supportive community and helped people from all over the world face their fears of public speaking. My writing has been published in film/fashion and art magazines BlackBook and SOMA, in addition to Customer Management IQ and the newspaper the Santa Cruz Sentinel. In my free time I'm obsessed with snowboarding, my kindle, travel, cooking, family and friends, wine, the ocean and running. I love meeting new people and discussing how to bring social media to more of the world.
