Iona St Joseph heads up the team at A Social Media Agency, the social media branch of 10 Yetis PR Agency, working on campaigns for Confused.com, the National Trust and the Isle of Wight Festival.

This isn't her first rodeo. With online social media columns for The Drum and The Meld, Iona is more than experienced at giving her opinion on all things digital. It's not just writing either, alongside professional PR waffler Andy Barr, she has spoken at a number of events around Europe.
