While we have already started with some qualitative interviews leading up to the 2009 Tribalization of Business, we launched the quantitative survey yesterday.
A quick reminder. The study, co-produced by Beeline Labs, Deloitte, and the Society for New Communications Research, is focused on assessing the effectiveness of business communities and learning how organizations are measuring the success and progress of their business communities.
We also launched a new companion web site for the whole endeavor. While not totally finished, the new site will have a user-generated section on community best practices. You will be able to submit community case studies, as well as vote and comment on them.
