OK. It seems most people have given up on Technorati as a nostalgic thing from 2-3 years ago. I haven't. I still think it's one of the best systems of tagging on the Internet. Period.
With the recent upgrades of WordPress to version 2.3 (and it has already gone behond that), the idea of tagging is now embedded into the interface. From a bloggers point of view, this is a nice way of placing together posts on specific topics tagged through time. For the reader, it has limited functionality unless somehow brought to the template by the blogger.
Enter WP Tags to Technorati.
This nifty little plugin will bring my world of tagging together very nicely. The fact it is part of the WP interface allows me to focus on writing articles instead of spending all my time fooling around with the "post production", which most bloggers hate.
If you have upgraded to version 2.3, make sure you include this your arsenal. It WILL put your blog on the map for Technorati which means the Google spider isn't far behind to index your page higher on Google.
Check it out.
