Facebook has revamped their event page layout and now it looks a lot cleaner and nicer than before. Facebook has moved their previous sidebar of related information about the event to left which has made the whole presentation of information a lot better than before.

The three available options about the event however, which are "Yes", "No" and "Maybe" remain the same. There position has been relocated and now they appear on the top right corner of the page.

The new layout resembles more like the facebook home page than an event planning one. It shows wall posts and event information in a more organized manner that makes it look more like a profile page.

The information about friends attending an event and total confirmed guest has also been relocated to the left and now look more clean than ever. You can view the list of your friends attending the event, followed by a list of others who would be attending. The similar feature was previously introduced for facebook fan pages too where you they provided the option to see how many of your facebook friends "like" a particular page.
