Meta announced a new set of Meta One for business subscription packages, which will provide paying users with access to a range of add-on artificial intelligence-powered tools. The updated bundles include advanced competitor insights, custom audience data, content posting recommendations and more.
These paid packages build on Meta’s existing consumer subscription options, and could be a valuable consideration for brands looking to make Facebook and Instagram a key focus of their online presence.
As explained by Meta: “[Meta One is] a new subscription service that brings together more AI, advanced business tools, and content and audience insights designed to help grow your business. Now you get these tools in one place, built directly into the platforms where your customers already spend their time.”
Meta One for business offers various iterations, ranging from $14.99 for the entry-level option to $499 per month for the highest-level offering.

Included within the various options are:
- Competitive insights for Instagram: Advanced comparison tools measure the performance of up to 10 competitor brands.
- Extended insights history: This option lets users download audience history data beyond the existing 90-day threshold for Instagram insights.
- Custom audience insights for Facebook: New tools let subscribers access insights on the people who see and interact with their content, but who aren’t followers.
- Content scheduling: Advanced content scheduling options across both Facebook and IG include recommendations on when to post and bulk uploading for Instagram.
There are also Instagram-specific features, including expanded scheduling options and links in posts and Reels.

Subscribers will also be able to access a bold Follow button on Facebook, which is designed to grab more attention in-stream, while paying users also have access to Verified Channels on WhatsApp, which offer a more exclusive means to keep in touch with top customers.
Subscribers will also be able to access a new Meta business agent, a custom AI-powered chatbot tool for businesses that can provide customers with responses 24/7.
“It responds to customer messages on your behalf on WhatsApp Business, so you can stay responsive without being online 24/7,” Meta said. “You always stay in control, taking over conversations when you want and training your agent on the details that matter most to your business.”
Meta’s business agent tool will also be able to provide Meta One subscribers with guidance on customer engagement strategies and lead generation approaches, in order to optimize their business efforts.
The new business packages build on Meta’s existing paid add-on tools for users, which also now include the new AI subscription offerings launched last month.

The company’s subscriptions business is steadily growing, providing another income stream. Which, given Meta’s deep investment in AI development, will prove handy.
The company hasn’t shared any official data on Meta Verified take-up, however, based on previous analysis of the data available within Meta’s quarterly performance updates, it seems that around 35 million Facebook and IG users may have signed up for its subscription packages thus far, potentially generating around $2 billion in revenue for the company each year.
The new business subscriptions will add to this, and could help businesses that want to build their in-app presence.
