I voted for Blogtronix in part because I recently got a demo from the team and was very impressed with the overall framework. I've used Drupal for a number of community builds and Blogtronix's multiple module approach and easy to use administrative area mirrored my past experience which I believe is exactly the type of flexibility enterprises will be looking for when creating read/write platforms.
