Lee LeFever of Common Craft has created this great little video presentation to explain RSS to the technically challenged, who are still surfing the web manually, rather than letting the content they want come to them automatically. This video could be part of the standard training material that you use when you are explaining the benefits and uses of blogs, wikis web 2.0 and social media within your organisation:
