BPT Partners will be in Spain on March 21st and 22nd with their Social CRM Strategies for Business Seminar Series based on Paul Greenberg's book - CRM at the Speed of Light. I had the opportunity to participate on their first Social CRM Seminar last year (Feb. 9-10, 2010) in Washington DC.
