Snapchat has announced a new integration with website building platform Wix, which will enable Wix users to create Snapchat ad campaigns direct from the Wix dashboard.

As outlined in this overview, Wix users will now be able to connect their Snapchat account to their Wix profile, linking their product catalog to Snap’s ad creation pipeline. You’ll then be able to run Snap ads direct from Wix, so you can expand your marketing efforts.
As explained in the Wix app overview:
“The Snapchat Ads app is the fastest way for merchants to unlock Snapchat’s high-value audience and proven ad performance. With a simple, no-code setup, you can seamlessly connect your site to Snapchat Ads and start driving measurable results in minutes.”
The overview further underlines the potential of the integration, in connecting with Snap’s young, affluent audience:
“Your ads run where 13–34 year-olds spend their time, whether browsing Stories, watching Spotlight, or engaging with Creators, helping you reach high-intent shoppers and drive measurable results. Manage everything seamlessly from your App dashboard, with automatic catalog syncing and clear insights designed to maximize ROAS.”
Wix is primarily focused on supporting SMBs in building their online presence, with this new addition a part of Snap’s expanded effort to win over smaller businesses.
Snapchat’s been working to capitalize on its ad revenue opportunities, as user growth slows in key markets. That means that Snap needs to maximize its ad potential where it can, and reaching more SMBs is a key priority to build on this aspect.
And it could be beneficial, with Snap noting that advertisers using both the Snap Pixel and CAPI have seen a 22% increase in attributed purchases and 25% increase in purchase value.
The new app will facilitate this, and enable more SMBs to tap into Snap’s ad potential.
