Amsterdam is famous for many things, and one of them is the Next Web conference. Judging from previous events, this year's the Next Web will be offering oodles of inspiration, networking opportunities, entrepreneurial ideas, and FUN! The conference is scheduled for 15-17 April 2009 and tickets are on sale now.
One of the goals of the event is to find the best start-ups and give them the opportunity to launch themselves into the market. Those snappy start-up pitches combined with presentations from some of the world's web visionaries along with all the networking you can handle throughout the day and into the night with the Next Web Party are what set this event apart!
This year there're also super-cool 'unconference' sessions including a Mobile Dev Camp (showtime for new apps for iPhone and Android) and MusicMusicMusic (an interactive look at the future of music).
I'm doing my best to make sure I get along there to live blog the event! Check out the site for more details. Hope to see you here in Amsterdam!
